This home belong to myself and my cousins. So Karen had extra paper work to do because when the home sold I received 1/2 and my cousins received the other half and then split that 1/2 3 ways. So she worked hard for us and it only took like 2 or 3 weeks for closing on our home and had a buyer for our home like 4 days when it went on market. Karen did a wonderful job for us and I would highly recommend her . She was a pleasure working with , and time I asked a question if she didn’t know she got right back with me with the answer. Y'all have no idea what this wonderful woman means to us! We came in search of our forever home and left with exactly that plus a forever friend. We spent hours on the road when at last we drove up this one particular driveway; we knew it was ours to be. Our experience with Karen was beyond exceptional.
